基于创新创业项目对大学生创新创业教育的思考——以海南医学院药学院创新创业项目为例

摘　　要：创新创业项目对推动高校创新型人才的培养意义重大,本文分析和总结了创新创业项目实施过程中存在的问题,认为加强创新创业项目实施应:(1)注重指导教师队伍建设,强化导师的责任心和奉献精神;(2)应加强项目管理,为学生项目开展提供场地;(3)着重科学研究方法和实践能力训练,重在过程;(4)成立帮扶组织机构,培养学生的创新意识,激发学生的主动性。Innovation and entrepreneurship projects are of great significance in promoting the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the process of launching innovation and entrepreneurship projects,and holds that strengthening the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects should be attempted from the following aspects:(1)focusing on the team construction of instructors,strengthening the sense of responsibility and dedication of instructors;(2)strengthening project management and providing experimental sites for colleges;(3)focusing on scientific research methods and practical ability training,focusing on the process;(4)establishing organizations to foster students'innovative awareness and stimulate students'initiative.
