摘  要:临床医学专业学位硕士研究生(简称"专硕")和住院医师规范化培训(简称"规培")并轨后虽取得了一定成效,但是也面临很多问题。并轨后的"专硕"培养模式重视临床技能培训,忽视科研能力培养,以致"专硕"科研能力普遍不足。然而,当前的医疗行业紧缺临床能力与科研能力兼备的复合型人才,完善原有的培养模式使之与医疗新需求相适应成为亟待解决的教育问题。此文结合教学以及临床工作经验,提出当前培养模式下临床专业学位研究生科研能力培养的新思路。The combination of training system of professional degree in clinical education and standardized training has made some progress, but there are still some problems.The training mode after the integration of the track emphasizes the training of clinical skills and neglects the cultivation of scientific research ability, so that the research ability of "professional degree graduates" is generally insufficient.However, the current medical industry is short of compound talents with both clinical and research capabilities.It's an urgent educational problem to improve the original training mode to adapt to the new medical needs.This article integrates teaching and clinical experience and provides new ways to improving the research ability of professional degree graduates under the standardized training policy.
