摘 要:针对多个滤波器因空间干涉而布局困难、甚至可调多工器不可实现的问题,提出了将传统感性输出耦合结构改进为容性输出耦合结构的方法;基于0.20~0.43 GHz频段12路可调多工器的需求,给出了可调滤波器输出耦合结构和匹配枝节的研究。设计了一种可调多工器,采用了容性输出耦合结构的可调滤波器,实现了从滤波器输出端到耦合网络汇接处的匹配枝节长度大幅增加,幅频响应优良,通频带内的插入损耗实测结果 1.5 d B左右,通道隔离度实测结果优于50 d B,表明该方法有效,得出结论:因匹配枝节长度增加,滤波器可布局的空间和多工器路数得以增加;圆形容性耦合结构易加工实现;给其他频段多工器设计提供一定参考。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to layout multiple filters because of spatial interference and even the tunable multiplexer cannot be realized,the method of improving the traditional inductive output coupling structure to capacitive output coupling is proposed.Based on the demand of tunable multiplexer with the frequency range from 0.20 GHz to 0.43 GHz and 12 channels,the research on output coupling structure of tunable filter and matching branches is given.A tunable multiplexer with capacitive output coupling structure is designed.The length of matching branches,from filter output to junction in coupling network,is largely increased.The amplitude-frequency response is excellent,the measured insertion-loss in the pass-band is about 1.5 dB,and the measured channel-isolation is better than 50 dB.The method is proven to be effective.It is concluded that,the layout space of filters and multiplexer channel quantity can be increased with the increase of the length of matching branches,the circular capacitive coupling structure is easy to process and realize,and it will provide some reference for the design of multiplexers in other frequency band.
