摘 要:在大学生自主择业过程中,提高就业成功率和满意率的技术匮乏成为迫切需要解决的问题.利用企业投入产出数据,通过数据包络分析的3个模型测量企业的综合效率、技术效率和规模效率,同时做超效率分析和冗余分析,从效率的角度评价用人单位运营情况,为自主择业提供依据.实证分析表明,在指导择业问题上,效率分析能发挥重要作用.In the process of college students'self-employment,the lack of technology to improve the success rate and satisfaction rate of employment was an urgent problem to be solved.Using the input and output data of enterprise unit,this paper measures the global efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of enterprise units with the help of three models of data envelopment analysis,and analyzes the super efficiency and redundancy,evaluate the operation of the employer from the perspective of efficiency,as provides the basis for self-employment.It is proved that the efficiency analysis plays an important role in solving the employment problem.
