摘  要:环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)是在等温条件下对目标DNA序列进行扩增的一种技术。在临床微生物检测方面,LAMP与染色镜检、生化鉴定、逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)、核磁共振等技术比较,具有方法简单、特异度强、便于观察结果、不需要精密仪器等优势,是一种非常有价值的检测技术。该文主要对LAMP的终点检测方法及LAMP在临床微生物检测上的应用及进展作一综述,并对其应用的优缺点进行了分析,旨在为检验人员选择LAMP作为临床微生物检验手段提供参考。Loop mediated Isothermal Amplification(LAMP)is a technique for amplification of target DNA sequences under isothermal conditions.It is a hot research topic in recent years.In clinical microorganism detection,Compared with staining microscopy,biochemical identification,reverse transcriptase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),LAMP has the advantages of simplicity,strong specificity,easy observation and no need of precision instruments.It is a very valuable detection technology.In this paper,the end point detection method of LAMP and the application and progress of LAMP in clinical microorganism detection are reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the application are analyzed.The purpose of this article is to provide a reference for examiners to select lamp as a means of clinical microorganism detection.
