摘　　要：为推动高校冰雪体育运动快速发展,利用互联网技术构建人才培养数据库,从而为高校提供高层次、高水平的冰雪体育人才.采用实地调研、逻辑分析法对在"互联网+"背景下构建高校冰雪体育人才培养数据库的基本状况、可行性进行科学分析,并构建数据库,意在为高校冰雪体育人才培养提供各种有价值的信息数据,提升高校冰雪体育人才的质量和层次.To promote the rapid development of snow and ice sports in colleges and universities,the Internet technology is used to construct a talent training database so as to provide high-level snow and ice sports talents for colleges and universities.By using the methods of literature,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper makes a scientific analysis of the basic situation and feasibility of constructing the database of snow and ice sports talents training under the background of"Internet+",and constructs a database,which aims to provide various valuable information and data for the training of talents in snow and ice sports in colleges and universities,and to enhance the quality and level of the talents in colleges and universities.
