从1984-2015年全国残运会看黑龙江省残疾人竞技体育的发展阶段和特点

摘　　要：采用观察法、访谈法和逻辑推理法等研究方法,对黑龙江省从1984年参加第1届残运会到2015年参加第九届残运会的参赛状况及所取得的成绩进行了分析,研究了黑龙江省残疾人竞技体育的不同发展阶段及阶段性特点.研究表明:黑龙江省残疾人竞技体育发展包括摸索提高、曲折上升、停滞下滑3个阶段.By using the methods of observation,interview,documentation and logical reasoning,this paper analyses the different stages and characteristics of the development of competitive sports for the disabled in Heilongjiang province through the analysis of Heilongjiang province’s participation in the first National Paralympic Games in 1984 to the ninth in 2015.The research shows that the development of competitive sports for the disabled in Heilongjiang province includes three stages:groping and improving,winding and rising,stagnation and declining.The first stage is characterized by early start,better foundation,more participants,more participating items and strong competitiveness.The second stage is characterized by strengthening cooperation,clearing up ideas,increasing investment in key items and continuous improvement.The third stage is mainly manifested in the lack of attention,the reduction of the number of entries and the insignificance of the dominant items.
