摘  要:采用实验研究、数理统计等方法,探讨高职学生通过体育社团参加五种不同的体育运动项目的健身效果.结果表明,坚持参加不同项目的学生身体机能和身体素质都有不同程度的提高;篮球、羽毛球、武术项目对男生肺活量和武术项目对女生肺活量的提升有非常显著性(P<0.001)的作用,排球项目对男生的肺活量和篮球、排球、羽毛球项目对女生肺活量的提升有显著性(P<0.05)的作用;不同的运动项目在改善和提高学生身体机能和身体组织方面具有明显的项目特征,篮球、羽毛球项目对提高男生速度和力量素质有非常显著性(P <0.001)的作用,对提高女生速度、力量以及男生爆发力、耐力有显著性(P<0.05)的作用;排球、乒乓球项目对提高学生身体素质没有显著性(P>0.05)的作用;武术项目对提高男女生的力量、柔韧素质有非常显著性(P<0.001)的作用,对提高速度、爆发力和耐力有显著性(P<0.05)的作用.By the methods of literature and experimental research,this paper explores the fitness effects of vocational college students participating in five different sports events through sports associations.The results showed that the students who insisted on participating in different sports had different degrees of improvement in physical function and physical fitness;basketball,badminton and martial arts had a very significant effect on boys’ vital capacity and martial arts on girls’(P <0.001);volleyball has a significant effect on the lung capacity of boys and basketball,volleyball and badminton on girls(P<0.05).Different sports have obvious characteristics in improving students’ physical function and body organization.Basketball and badminton programs have a significant effect on improving the speed and strength of boys(P<0.001)and girls,as well as the explosiveness and endurance of boys(P<0.05);volleyball and table tennis events have no significant effect on improving students’ physical fitness(P>0.05);the martial arts program has a significant effect on improving the strength and flexibility(P<0.001)as well as speed,explosiveness and endurance(P<0.05)of boys and girls.
