沈阳市某医院临床医生心理弹性现状及其与社会支持、应对方式的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:探析临床医生心理弹性现状及其与社会支持、应对方式之间的关系,进而为医院管理层制定相关措施提升临床医生心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法:以心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表、简易应对方式问卷为调查工具,对沈阳市某医院340名临床医生进行调查。结果:临床医生心理弹性得分为(67.45±10.86),其中,力量性得分最高,乐观性得分最低,仅有14.9%的临床医生心理弹性处于高水平;不同职称、学历、压力程度的临床医生心理弹性得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理弹性及各维度与社会支持及各维度呈显著的正相关(P<0.01),心理弹性及各维度与积极应对呈正相关,与消极应对呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:临床医生心理弹性整体水平不高,学历、职称、压力程度是临床医生心理弹性水平的影响因素,心理弹性在社会支持和应对方式间起中介作用。Objective;To explore the resilience status and its relationship with social support and coping style among clinicians, and provide a scientific basis for formulating relevant measures for hospital management to improve the mental health level of clinicians. Methods;A total of 340 clinicians in a Hospital in Shenyang were investigated by using CD-RISC、SSRS、SCSQ. Results;The clinician's resilience score was (67.45±10.86), among them, the highest score was strength, the lowest score was optimism. Only 14.9% of the clinicians were at a high level of resilience. There was a significant difference in clinician's resilience score among different titles, degree of education and stress level ( P <0.05). Resilience and their dimensions were positively correlated with social support and their dimensions ( P <0.01). Resilience and their dimensions were positively correlated with positive coping styles, and negatively correlated with negative coping styles ( P <0.01). Conclusion;The overall level of resilience of clinicians is not high. The degree of education, title and stress is the influencing factor of the resilience of clinicians, and resilience plays an intermediary role between social support and coping styles.
