摘　　要：目的:了解保护动机与服药依从性的内在联系,为提高高血压患者服药依从性提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查石河子市某医院247例高血压患者的服药依从性和保护动机现状。结果:247例高血压患者中,具有高度依从性的13例(5.3%),中度依从性19例(7.7%),低度从性215例(87.0%)。高血压患者的服药依从性与严重性、易感性、反应效能和自我效能呈正相关,与内部奖励、外部奖励和反应代价呈负相关。内部奖励、自我效能、反应代价、易感性、自备血压计和外部奖励6个变量共同解释了高血压患者服药依从性总变量的75.8%。结论:内部奖励、自我效能、反映代价、易感性、自备血压计和外部奖励能预测高血压患者服药依从性,对后期制定干预策略提供了依据。Objective;To understand the intrinsic relationship between protection motivation and medication adherence so as to provide reference for the improvement of medication compliance in hypertension patients. Methods;247 hypertension patients were investigated by questionnaire about the status of social demographic characteristics, protection motivation and medication adherence. Results;Among total sample, there were 13 cases with good medication adherence (5.3%), 19 cases with moderate medication adherence (7.7%) and 215 cases with poor medication adherence ( 87.0 %). Medication adherence among hypertension patients were consistently positively correlated with severity, vulnerability, self-efficacy and response efficacy, and were negatively related with intrinsic rewards, extrinsic rewards and response cost. There were 6 variables together explained 75.8% of the total variables of medication compliance in hypertensive patients which were respectively intrinsic rewards, self-efficacy, response cost, vulnerability, severity, self-owned pressure monitors and extrinsic rewards. Conclusion;Intrinsic rewards, self-efficacy, response cost, vulnerability, severity, self-owned sphygmomanometer and extrinsic rewards can predict medication adherence in hypertension patients. It can provide reference for the formulation of intervention strategy.
