摘　　要：在国家层面上倡导的公共文化艺术培育,是提升国民素质的重要手段。目前,公共文化艺术的社会培育大多呈现松散的状态,缺乏系统化和专业化的体系架构。将高校优质文化艺术培育构架和课程体系引导至社会服务机制当中,是具有明确提升效度的手段。在调整好专业与普适的关系之下,此举不但可以解决公共文化艺术服务所面临的现实问题,也可以通过磨合,逐渐打造出一套更为专业化的社会公共培育机制。Cultivation of public culture and art at the national level playvS a significant role in improving national quality.At present,the systematic and specialized social cultivation of public culture and art ivs mostly in a loose state.Introducing the framework and curriculum syvStem of high-quality cultural and artistic cultivation in colleges and univervsities is an effective solution.AdjUvSting the relationship between vspecialty and universality can solve the problems faced by public culture and art services.At the same time^a more specialized social cultivation mechanism can be created gradually.
