摘  要:摩擦焊作为一种接头性能好、生产效率高、绿色环保的焊接工艺,在管道焊接尤其在焊接缺陷较多的铝合金管道焊接中起着重要作用.本文介绍了摩擦焊在铝合金焊接中的应用,讨论了摩擦焊参数检测和质量控制,成功完成了针对大型管材的LD10(就是一种铝合金的牌号,不同牌号的材料不同,其控制参数也不同)铝合金管管对接摩擦焊的工艺设计,通过变参数复合控制可有效保证连续驱动摩擦焊的焊接质量.Friction welding is a environment-friendly welding process with good joint performance and high production efficiency. Friction welding plays an important role in pipe welding,especially in aluminum alloy pipe welding with many welding defects. In this paper,the application of friction welding in aluminum alloy welding was introduced,the parameter detection and quality control of friction welding was discussed. For large pipe materials,the technological design of butt joint friction welding of LD10 aluminum alloy pipe was achieved successfully,and the welding quality of continuous drive friction welding could be effectively guaranteed by variable parameter compound control.
