高品质硅铁的生产试验

摘　　要：进行了用普通75硅铁感应炉熔融、利用合成渣氧化精炼法生产高品质Fe Si75A0.5-A牌号硅铁试验。75硅铁加工粉在感应炉生产FeSi75A0.5-A牌号硅铁,可提高产品品质,减少硅铁加工粉直接销售的折价损失,增加效益;为直接用普通75硅铁熔液采取摇包法、合成渣氧化法生产高品质75硅铁Fe Si75A0.5-A产品寻找理论依据;其次为金属硅炉外摇包精炼提供理论依据。It conducted a test of smelting high quality ferrosilicon of FeSi75A0.5-A.It can reduce the discount loss by direct selling 75%ferrosilicon powder and increase the economic benefit.And it explored the theoretical basis for smelting ferrosilicon of FeSi75A00.5-A by the method of shaking laddle process and synthetic slag oxidation process with 75%ferrosilicon melt.Meanwhile,it provided the theoretical basis for metal shaking ladle refine outside furnace.
