高强铝铁压球在转炉炼钢中的应用

摘　　要：主要介绍高强铝铁压球的生产工艺流程和化学成分及现场使用情况。高强铝铁压球通过物理挤压成型,生产能耗低、污染小、便于储存且强度高不易粉化,减轻了现场环保压力,是节能减排,实现绿色化的新型含铝复合脱氧剂。在转炉炼钢中,高强铝铁压球在使用量、脱氧能力和出钢温降方面与铝铁合金基本一致,但其生产工艺简单、成本低,因此,使用高强铝铁压球替代铝铁合金能达到降本增效的目的。This paper mainly introduces the production process,chemical composition and field usage of high-strength aluminum iron ball.Through physical extrusion,high-strength aluminum iron ball is of low energy consumption and low pollution in production.It is easy to store and high strength not easy to pulverization.These can reduce the environmental pressure.It is a kind of new aluminum complex deoxidizer which is energy conservation and emissions reduction and greenization.In converter steel-making,high-strength aluminum iron ball is basically the same as ferroaluminium in usage amount,deoxidization ability and tapping temperature drop.But its production process is simple,low cost.Therefore,it can save cost using high-strength aluminum iron ball replace ferroaluminum.
