摘  要:以废水滤饼钒铬渣为原料,通过氢氧化钠碱浸和硫酸酸浸后,得到杂质含量比较低的碱式硫酸铬溶液,然后用氢氧化钠调节pH值得到氢氧化铬的沉淀。研究了溶液中铬离子浓度、不同的pH值、反应温度、反应时间对铬(Ⅲ)的沉淀回收率及氢氧化铬沉淀过滤性能的影响。通过实验得到溶液中的铬(Ⅲ)回收的最佳条件为:溶液中铬(Ⅲ)16 g/L,pH=7~8,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为30 min。在此条件下铬(Ⅲ)的回收率高达99. 7%,并且氢氧化铬沉淀过滤性能比较好。滤液中的铬(Ⅲ)浓度在<0. 001 g/L以下,完全可以达到国家排放标准,具有一定的工业实用价值。The basic chromium sulfate solutions with low impurities were prepared by leaching vanadium-containing chromium slag( fliter cake) with sodium hydroxide solution and sulfuric acid. Sodium hydroxide was used to adjust pH value for chromium hydroxide precipitation. Factors affecting chromium precipitation rate and filtration performance of chromium hydroxide were studied,including concentrations of chromium ion in solution,pH values,reaction tempareture and reaction time. The recovery rate of chromium( Ⅲ) could be up to 99. 7% at the optimum conditions of chromium( Ⅲ) 16 g/L in solution,pH 7~8 and 90 ℃ in the experiment. The chromium hydroxide precipitation had good filterability. The chromium( Ⅲ) content in the filtrate was less than 0. 001 g/L,which fully met the standards.
