摘 要:柑橘罐头在加工过程中会产生含有果胶及纤维素的废水,这些物质容易粘附、包裹在生化处理系统的活性絮体和填料表层进而造成生化系统处理效率的下降。采用相对清洁的电絮凝预处理方法,研究了废水pH、电解质浓度、电解时间、电流密度、极板间距等工艺参数对柑橘加工废水的预处理效果。试验结果表明:废水pH越小,电解时间越长,电流密度越大,极板间距越小,电解质适中浓度,电絮凝效果则越好。同时,在实验过程中发现,电絮凝预处理不完全是以有机物的彻底分解而达到污染物去除,同时还伴随着可用物质的回收利用潜力。In the orange can processing, pectin and cellulose substances rich in wastewater would stick to and wrap up the activated floc from the surface so as to cause the treatment efficiency of the biochemical system in decline. A relatively clean electro-flocculation process was adopted to study the effects of various process parameters on the efficiency of the orange processing wastewater pre-treatment. The test has shown that lower pH value of wastewater, longer electrolysis duration, higher current density, nearer spacing of the plate electrodes and appropriate concentration of the electrolyte would bring about better efficiency of the electro-flocculation. It was also found that the pollutant removal mechanism of the electro-flocculation pre-treatment process could not be only by the thorough decomposition of organic matter, meanwhile there would be a potential to recycle some reusable substances.
