摘 要:突发大气环境污染事故发生不可预见,且危害严重、处理复杂。在综合分析大气污染源事故应急处理需求的基础上,利用GIS技术建立了突发大气污染事故全过程处置模型,并设计开发了突发大气污染事故辅助决策系统,为突发大气污染事故应对决策建立坚实的辅助分析基础。The happening of an ambient air pollution emergency is hardly foreseeable whilst being seriously detrimental to environment but complicated to deal with. Based on an integral analysis on the demands for handling air pollution source emergencies, a whole-process management model by using GIS technology was established, and an assistant decision-making system was thereof designed and developed as well. Thus, a substantial assistant analytical basis has been set up for the responsive decision-making to manage air pollution emergencies.
