摘  要:针对目前国内钢筋钢带焊接受人工因素影响导致的质量差、效率低的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的钢筋钢带焊接生产线过程控制系统,并介绍了该系统的总体设计和控制方案。实践应用表明,全自动焊接生产线控制系统能够实现自动步进,可以保证焊接尺寸要求,焊接完成后钢带直线度误差为2 mm/m,平面平整度误差≤2 mm/m;焊接过程采用直回路焊接方式,保障了焊接点的稳定性,焊接抗剪性能满足钢筋屈服力0.3倍以上的标准要求,焊接参数相对稳定,受人为影响因素少,焊缝成形美观,焊接质量较手工焊接稳定;焊接的工序动作全部由机器自动完成,生产效率高。Aiming at the problem that the domestic steel ladder beam welding is affected by artificial factors,poor quality and low efficiency,a process control system based on PLC for steel ladder beam welding production line is designed,and the overall design and control schemes of the system is introduced.The practical application shows that the automatic welding production line control system can realize automatic stepping,which can ensure the welding size requirement.After the welding is completed,the straightness error of the steel strip is 2 mm/m,and the plane flatness error is≤2 mm/m.The welding process adopts the straight loop welding method,which can ensure the stability of the welding point and the shear resistance of the weld to meet the standard requirement of the steel yielding force of more than 0.3 times.At the same time,the welding parameters are relatively stable,the artificial influence factors are less,the weld seam is beautifully formed,and the welding quality is stable compared with manual welding.The welding process is all done automatically by the machine and the production efficiency is high.
