摘 要:为了减少陶瓷垃圾,节约天然砂石,降低混凝土生产成本,选取废旧陶瓷为再生细骨料等质量取代天然砂,制备陶瓷再生混凝土。采用对比试验的方式,测试了再生陶瓷细骨料混凝土的物理性能和力学强度,试验结果表明:随着陶瓷细骨料取代率的增加,混凝土抗压强度有所增加,而抗折强度却略有降低。说明将陶瓷废料应用在混凝土原材料中是可行的,具有环境和经济双重效益。In order to reduce the ceramic waste,save natural sand and reduce production cost of concrete,this paper selects waste ceramics as recycled fine aggregate to replace natural sand,prepares ceramic recycled fine aggregate concrete. Using of the comparative method in analysis,the physical property and mechanical strength of recycled fine aggregate concrete are tested,the results show: with the increase of replacement rate of ceramic fine aggregate,concrete compressive strength increases,and the flexural strength decreases slightly. This indicate that it is feasible to apply ceramic waste in concrete raw materials,which has environmental and economic benefits.
