268例腮腺部包块病变临床病理特征的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨腮腺部包块经手术切除治疗后病变的临床病理特征。方法:收集遂宁市中心医院口腔颌面外科收治的因腮腺部肿块行手术切除治疗的患者268例,切除包块经病理科行病理活组织检查,以病理诊断为研究依据。分析268例腮腺部肿块的病变特征及临床病理联系。结果:腮腺部包块268例,其中男144例(53. 73%),女124例(46. 27%);肿瘤性病变173例(64. 55%),非肿瘤性病变95例(35. 45%);良性肿瘤中多形性腺瘤65例,在良性肿瘤组中占54. 17%,Warthin瘤38例,在良性肿瘤组中占31. 67%,较多见。恶性肿瘤中腺样囊性癌20例,在恶性肿瘤组中占33. 74%,黏液表皮样癌11例,在恶性肿瘤组中占20. 75%,较多见。结论:临床工作中腮腺部肿块为较常见的临床症状,腮腺部肿块的类型繁多,病变性质多样,临床及病理工作中需提高认识,作出正确病理诊断。Objective: To explore the clinicopathologic features of the parotid gland after surgical resection. Methods: Collected suining city central hospital of oral and maxillofacial surgery were analyzed for parotid mass treatment of 268 cases of patients with surgical resection,resection of pathology,the first bag piece by pathological biopsy,with pathological diagnosis as the research basis. The pathologic features and clinicopathologic association of 268 parotid masses were analyzed. Results: All 268 cases of parotid gland,144 cases of males,53. 73%,and 124 females,accounting for 46. 27%. There were 173 cases of neoplastic lesions,accounting for 64. 55%. Non-neoplastic lesions were 95 cases,accounting for 35. 45%. In benign tumor,65 cases of pleomorphic adenoma were found in the benign tumor group,which accounted for 54. 17% and Warthin tumor in 38 cases,which accounted for 31. 67% of the benign tumor group. There were 20 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma in malignant tumors,33. 74% of malignant tumors,11 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma and 20. 75% of malignant tumors. Conclusion:The parotid gland mass is more common clinical symptom in clinical work,the type of parotid gland mass is various and the pathological nature is diverse,clinical and pathological work needs to raise cognizance,make correct pathological diagnosis.
