摘　　要：《孙子兵法》强调取人而因变,重德而保民,目的是为了通过贯彻"必以全争于天下"的战略原则,以实现"安国全军"及"自保而全胜"的战略目标。孙子力争"全胜"的战略思想,体现了军事功利主义与军事人道主义的有机统一,而与西方功利主义迥然有别。其启示我们,要顺应时代潮流,牢固树立人类命运共同体意识,努力实现互利共赢式的发展。In The Art of War,it is emphasized that the personnel should be employed in accordance with the changes,the morality should be attached much attention to and the people should be protected.The purpose is to realize the strategic objectives of“safeguarding the nation and protecting the army”and“achieving overall victory through self-protection”by means of implementing the strategic principle of“fighting for the domination of the whole world under the guidance of overall victory concept”.Sun Tzu’s strategic thinking of“overall victory”reflects the organic unity of military utilitarianism and military humanitarianism,which is quite different from Western utilitarianism.It enlightens people to conform to the trend of the times,firmly establish the common sense of human destiny,and strive to achieve mutually beneficial and win-win development.
