摘 要:由细菌引起的食品安全问题越来越受到人们的重视,使得快速细菌检测技术成为一个重要课题.设计了一种基于纳米探针技术、石墨烯透明电极(GTE)技术和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)发光技术的生物检测系统,能够快速准确地检测食品中的细菌.实验结果表明该方法与传统检测方法具有很好的相关性,线性相关度可达0.972,检测时间控制在20min内.检测范围在102-106 CFU/mL.此外通过检测不同污染物测得该系统具有令人满意的性能.可以满足现场快速检测的要求.Food safety issues caused by the bacteria have drawn people′s attention increasingly,fast and accurate detection technology becomes an urgent research topic.The biological detection system based on nano-probe technology,graphene transparent electrode(GTE)technology and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)luminescence technology is designed in this paper,it can detect the bacteria of food automatically and rapidly.The results indicate that there is a good correlation between the rapid detecting method and the other conventional approaches.the linear coefficient can be up to 0.972,and the detecting time can be controlled within twenty minutes.The detectable bacteria concentration range reaches 10^2-10^6 CFU/mL.Moreover,a series of curves obtained by measurements for different polluted foods show that the system has a satisfactory performance.It is sufficient to meet the requirements of on-site rapid detection.
