摘  要:介绍甲醇中甲苯溶液标准物质的制备方法。以重量–容量法制备甲醇中甲苯溶液标准物质,以计算值作为标准物质的特性量值。采用气相色谱法、卡尔·费休法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法等分别对原料中的主成分、金属元素及水分含量准确定量。方差分析和线性拟合结果表明,该溶液标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性。甲醇中甲苯溶液标准物质特性值为996.73μg/mL,相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2)。The preparation method of toluene in methanol solution reference material was developed.Toluene in methanol solution reference material was prepared by weighting-volumetric method,and the calculated value was defined as the charecteristic value.The contents of toluene,metal impurities and water content in raw material were respectively determined by gas chromatography,Karl Fischer and inductively couple plasma mass spectrometry.The results of variance analysis and linear regression showed that the reference materials were homogeneous and stable.The mass concentration value of this developed toluene in methanol reference material was 996.73μg/mL with the relative expanded uncertainty of 2%(k=2).
