摘　　要：本文以激光位移传感器在扬声器中的应用作为主要研究课题,选择基恩士LK-H050激光位移传感器,对激光位移传感器在扬声器中的应用进行二维标定,并进行软件编程及误差分析,实验结果表明,将激光位移传感器应用于扬声器中对扬声器异音故障检测具有很好的准确性。This paper takes the application of laser displacement sensor in the speaker as the main research topic.The Keyence LK-H050 laser displacement sensor is selected to perform two-dimensional calibration of the laser displacement sensor in the speaker,and software programming and error analysis are performed.The experimental results show that the laser displacement sensor is applied to the speaker and has good accuracy for speaker noise detection.
