三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯的合成及性能研究

摘　　要：以端烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、七甲基三硅氧烷和五氧化二磷为主要原料,合成一种三硅氧烷磷酸酯表面活性剂。测得其主要表面性能为:最低表面张力为23. 5 m N/m,临界胶束浓度为0. 03 g/L,渗透时间9 s。合成的表面活性剂表面张力低,渗透性能好,低泡性能好,泡沫稳定,抗温性能可达85℃。将合成产物应用于草甘膦除草剂中,可使杂草控制率控制在79%,高于使用普通表面活性剂125%左右。A polysilicone surfactant was synthesized with raw materials polyoxyalkylene,trisiloxane and P2O5. The main surface properties are as follows: the lowest surface tension 23. 5 m N/m,the critical micelle concentration0. 03g/L,penetration 9s. The surface tension of the product is low,and the wettability,penetration,foaming power,foam stability is good; heat resistane reach 85℃. The synthesis product is applied glyphosate herbicide,weed control can control at 79%,higher than the use of conventional surfactants is about 125%.
