摘 要:阐述了薄层色谱应用于有机合成反应跟踪检测的理论基础,从硅胶板选型、薄层板切割、展开剂选择及显色方法确定等方面总结整理了其在有机合成跟踪反应应用中的技术要点,举例说明了亟待解决的问题。The basic theory of TLC application in the tracking detection of organic synthesis reaction was expounded. The technical essentials in the application of TLC in the tracing reaction of organic synthesis were summarized from four aspects: the selection of silica gel plate,thin-layer plate cutting,the selection of developing agent and visualization method. Moreover,a specific example also was given to illustrate the problems would be solved urgently.
