摘 要:啤酒生产废水含中高浓度有机物,还含有一定的氮、磷等,目前主要采用生化法进行处理。生物除磷在运行工艺条件波动变化时很难满足排放要求,化学除磷是很好的补充。本研究针对广东省某啤酒分装厂经过A/O双膜法处理后的生产废水,在生物除磷不达标时辅以化学除磷,探讨了两种常用混凝剂对除磷效率的影响,为啤酒废水化学除磷实际工程应用中选择合适的絮凝剂提供借鉴和参考。Beer wastewater contains medium and high concentration of organic matter and certain amount of nitrogen and phosphorus,and it is mainly treated by biochemical methods at present. Biological phosphorus removal is difficult to meet the requirements of discharge when the operating conditions fluctuate,and chemical phosphorus removal is a good supplement. In this paper,the effects of two coagulants on phosphorus removal efficiency were studied for the wastewater from a beer sub-loading plant in Guangdong province treated by A/O double-membrane process,when biological phosphorus removal was not up to the standard,which provided reference for the selection of suitable flocculants in the practical engineering application of chemical phosphorus removal of beer wastewater.
