摘 要:采用微波法合成了SrMoO_4∶Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射环境扫描电镜(FSEM)、荧光光谱(PL)等研究了该荧光粉的晶体结构、表观形貌及发光性能。结果表明,SrMoO_4∶Eu^(3+)为类球形的纯相结构,激发峰为290 nm,396 nm及464 nm,发射峰为617 nm呈现良好的红光发射,可与蓝光LED芯片匹配。SrMoO_4∶Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉可以被蓝光LED有效激发产生红光,是一种优异的YAG∶Ce^(3+)黄色荧光粉的红光补偿粉。SrMoO4∶Eu^3+ red phosphor were successfully synthesized by microwave method. The crystal structure and photoluminescent property were characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD), field environmental scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy. The results indicate that the phosphor synthesized are a pure phase with class octahedral of SrMoO4∶ Eu^3+. The main excitation peaks are located at 290 nm, 396 nm and 464 nm, respectively. The main emission are located at 617 nm, which are appropriate to the blue LED. The SrMoO4∶Eu^3+ phosphors are proming as red-emitting phosphors by blue excitation for white light emitting diodes.
