摘 要:目的探讨红薯叶总黄酮对小鼠急性脑缺血缺氧的作用。方法制备红薯叶总黄酮溶液,通过饱和MgCl2致小鼠急性脑缺血实验、Na NO2中毒性缺氧实验、常压耐缺氧实验和小鼠断头实验,检测急性脑缺血缺氧小鼠脑组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。结果与正常对照组比较,各给药组小鼠的存活时间均延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);各给药组脑指数和MDA含量均下降,T-SOD活性提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红薯叶总黄酮溶液对脑缺血缺氧损伤有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of total flavonoids from sweet potato leaves on cerebral ischemia and hypoxia in mice.Methods The solution of total flavonoids from sweet potato leaves were prepared.And then,the experiment of acute cerebral ischemia induced by saturated MgCl2,NaNO2 toxicity hypoxia experiment,normobaric hypoxia tolerance experiment and the experiment of quick decapitation of mice were used to detect the changes of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in brain tissue of mice with acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia.Results Compared with normal control group,the survival time of each experiment group was significantly prolonged,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).Both cerebral index and MDA content of each experiment group decreased,and T-SOD activity increased,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Total flavonoids from sweet potato leaves have certain protective effects on ischemic and hypoxic injuries.
