摘　　要：目的探讨以家庭为中心护理模式在特发性性早熟(ICPP)儿童中的作用。方法将70例特发性性早熟儿童随机分为两组,各35例。两组儿童均建立专科病历档案,治疗方案相同,观察组给予家庭为中心护理模式,对照组给予常规健康教育。比较两组ICPP儿童干预1年后治疗依从性、身高、骨龄、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)的差异。结果实施干预后,观察组ICPP儿童身高、按时用药率、LH、FSH、E2差值均高于对照组(均P<0.05);骨龄比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的护理模式可提高ICPP儿童治疗依从性,加速身高增长,降低LH、FSH、E2峰值,提高治疗效果,从而提高儿童及家属生活质量。Objective To explore the role of family-centered nursing model in children with idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP).Methods A total of 70 children with ICPP were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.Specialized medical records were established for both groups with the same treatment plan.Observation group were given family-centered nursing model,while control group were given normal health education.And then,the differences of therapeutic compliance,height,bone age,luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)were compared in ICPP children between the two groups after one year of intervention.Results After intervention,the differences of body heights,rate of medication on time,LH,FSH and E2 in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(All P<0.05),and difference of bone age was not not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Family-centered nursing model can improve the therapeutic compliance of children with ICPP,accelerate the growth of height,reduce the peak value of LH,FSH and E2,improve therapeutic effect,and thus improve the quality of life of children and their families.
