摘  要:为提高省、地调控中心间的纵向协同能力,本文提出了"系统独立、模型集中、数据分布、应用拓展"的省地一体化电网调度控制系统架构设计方案。首先,采用分区ID、公有及私有模型分类划分、分布式源端维护、按需共享等技术,建立省、地电网图模汇集与共享机制;其次,对省、地电网实时及历史数据进行分布式采集、处理、存储和发布;最后,在监控、统计、分析、培训、仿真等方面,拓展省、地调控纵向协同业务。本架构设计可有效提升省、地调控系统在共享和协同方面的能力。To improve the longitudinal collaboration capability of the province-prefecture power dispatching and control centers,a design scheme of province-prefecture integrated architecture is proposed for the power grid dispatching and control system,which has the characteristics of independent system,centralized model,distributed data,and expand ed applications.First,partitioned ID,public and private model classification,distributed source-based maintenance,on-demand sharing and other technologies are used to establish the model collection and sharing mechanism of provinceprefecture power grids.Then,the real-time and historical data of province-prefecture power grids are distributedly ac quired,processed,stored and published.Finally,the longitudinal collaboration function of province-prefecture dis patching and control is expanded from aspects of monitoring,statistics,analysis,training,simulation,etc.The pro posed architecture can effectively enhance the sharing and coordination capability of province-prefecture dispatching and control systems.
