习近平协商民主新论述是马克思民主理想的传承与发展

摘　　要：在党的十九大报告中,习近平总书记对当代中国协商民主有了最新论述。与当前学界研究纠缠于协商民主与选举民主的关系相比,习近平总书记对协商民主的新论述既是对马克思民主理想的传承和发展,又是当代中国协商民主实践的提炼与概括。这一新论述将推动人民民主理论的发展,并为社会主义民主建设指明发展方向。In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has a new discussion on contemporary Chinese deliberative democracy.Compared with the current academic research entangled in the relationship between deliberative democracy and electoral democracy,General Secretary Xi Jinping′s new discussion on deliberative democracy is not only the inheritance and development of Marx′s democratic ideal,but also the refinement and generalization of contemporary Chinese deliberative democracy practice.This new discussion will promote the development of the theory of people′s democracy and point the direction for the development of socialist democracy.
