摘 要:为了解四川康养植物芬多精的主要成分及其含量,以柏木(Cupressus funebris)、马尾松(Pinus massoniana)、柳杉(Cryptomeria fortune)、香樟(Cinnamomum septentrionale)和苦竹(Pleioblastus amarus) 5种植物为研究对象,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联机法分析、鉴定活体枝叶中释放的化学成分及其相对含量。结果表明:5种康养植物活体枝叶中芬多精成分以萜烯类、醇类、酯类、醛类、酮类、烷类等6类挥发性有机物为主。柏木、马尾松、柳杉、香樟活体枝叶释放的芬多精主要成分是单萜烯和倍半萜烯,其含量均在60%以上,具有较强的生理功效。苦竹活体枝叶芬多精烷类含量最高,萜烯类α-蒎烯含量最高。The study collected phytoncidere from living leaves and branches of 5 forest health species:Cupressus funebris,Pinus massoniana,Cryptomeria fortune,Cinnamomum septentrionale and Pleioblastus amarus in Sichuan,and analyzed the chemical components and their relative content in the phytoncidere by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The results showed that six kinds of VOCS,terpenes,alcohols,esters,aldehydes,ketones and alkanes were the main components of phytoncidere in the living branches and leaves of 5 forest health species.The main components released from living branches and leaves of Cupressus funebris,Pinus massoniana,Cryptomeria fortune and Cinnamomum septentrionale were monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes,whose contents were more than 60%,which had stronger physiological function.The contents of alkane and α-pinene in terpene in the living branches and leaves of Pleioblastus amarus were the highest.
