摘 要:分析了采煤机调高液压系统,并在此基础上,通过建模与仿真分析提出了一种基于电液比例控制的采煤机自动调高液压系统。通过仿真得到了调高系统在执行调高过程中执行油缸的活塞杆运行速度的变化曲线。由曲线可以看出,在整个仿真时间内,曲线呈趋近于线性并按稳定比例增加态势,直到0.05 m/s,当在0.22 s时达到相对稳定的状态。可以看出,在电液比例阀的作用下能够精确地控制各运行阶段的油液的供应比例,从而确保各阶段对采煤机调高机构调整高度的精确控制,保证系统调高过程中的稳定性。The hydraulic system of shearer height adjustment is analyzed,and on this basis,a hydraulic system of shearer automatic height adjustment based on electro-hydraulic proportional control is proposed through modeling and simulation analysis.The variation curve of the piston rod speed of the cylinder in the process of the elevation system is obtained by simulation.It can be seen from the curve that the curve tends to be linear and increases in a stable proportion during the whole simulation period until 0.05 m/s,and reaches a relatively stable state at 0.22 s.It can be seen that under the action of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve,the proportion of oil supply in each operation stage can be accurately controlled,so as to ensure the precise control of the height adjustment mechanism of shearer in each stage and the stability of the system in the process of height adjustment.
