摘 要:针对现有多数矿井风量风压监测装置在使用过程中存在着反应速度慢、对风量风压监测结果偏差大,自动化程度低下的缺点,提出了一种基于MCGS的矿井风量监测装置。该装置能够对监测到的风量、风压进行实时显示,具有危险报警的功能,能够将各种监测信号自动转换为数字量信号并传递给上位机监控中心,实现远程监控,极大地提升了了对风量、风压监测的可靠性,具有较大的应用推广价值。In view of the shortcomings of the existing mine air volume and pressure monitoring devices in use,such as slow reaction speed,large deviation from the results of air volume and pressure monitoring,and low automation,a mine air volume monitoring device based on MCGS is proposed.The device can display the monitored air volume and air pressure in real time with the function of danger alarm.It can automatically convert various monitoring signals into digital signals and transmit them to the monitoring center of the upper computer to realize remote monitoring,which greatly improves the reliability of the monitoring of air volume and air pressure,and has great application and popularization value.
