摘 要:通过在阳煤三矿K8117回采工作面和K8302回风掘进工作面试验安装9枚GJG10J激光甲烷传感器,对比激光甲烷传感器与混合型甲烷传感器。试验一个月时间,井下相关实验数据结果显示:GJG10J激光甲烷传感器传感数据传输稳定,监测值与实际值误差小,符合相关标准,且对温度、湿度等干扰具有很高的抵抗力,与前期使用的混合型传感器相比,减少了催化剂中毒、零点漂移等问题。应将激光甲烷传感器推广应用于井下瓦斯监测监控系统。Nine GJG10J laser methane sensors were installed in the K8117 mining face and the K8302 air return heading face of No.3 coal mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group.The laser methane sensor and the mixed methane sensor were compared.The results of one-month-experiment show that GJG10J laser methane sensor has stable data transmission.There is small error between monitoring value and actual value,which meets relevant standards,and has high resistance to temperature and humidity interference.Compared with the previous mixed sensor,it reduces the problems of catalyst poisoning and zero drift.Laser methane sensor should be applied to underground gas monitoring and control system.
