摘 要:神经病理性疼痛严重影响着患者的健康和生活质量,且因为其机制尚不明确,神经病理性疼痛的治疗效果欠佳。目前神经病理性疼痛的药物治疗主要为联合用药,未来仍然需要更多安全有效的药物。利多卡因是最常用的酰胺类局麻药,现有研究表明静脉输注利多卡因能有效缓解多种神经病理性疼痛,且无明显的副作用。本文综述了利多卡因静脉输注对几种典型的神经病理性疼痛的疗效及其可能作用机制。未来静脉输注利多卡因治疗神经病理性疼痛的机制研究将有助于解释神经病理性疼痛的机制,利多卡因有望在未来神经病理性疼痛的治疗中占有一席之地。Neuropathic pain seriously affects the patients'health and quality of life.The mechanism of neuropathic pain is not fully understood and the effect of medication for neuropathic pain is poor although combination drug therapies are used.More safe and effective drugs are still needed.Lidocaine is the most commonly used amide local anesthetic.Current literatures show that intravenous infusion can effectively relieve different kinds of neuropathic pain without obvious side effects.This article reviews the effects of intravenous infusion of lidocaine on several typical neuropathic pain diseases and its possible mechanisms of pain relief.The reveal of the mechanism by which intravenous infusion of lidocaine relieves neuropathic pain may help explain the mechanism of neuropathic pain,and lidocaine is expected to have a place in the treatment of neuropathic pain in the future.
