新发展理念与中国现代性话语

摘　　要：在全面建成小康社会的决胜时期,党的十八届五中全会提出并在党的十九大报告中得到又一次突显的新发展理念,是中国化马克思主义发展观的最新成果。作为实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要指引,五种新发展理念辩证联系在一起,构成了不可分割的整体,扩展了发展思路;作为指导中国社会主义现代化发展的重要指南,新发展理念实现了马克思主义理论的全面升级,扩展了发展视阈;作为紧抓时代机遇的关键理念,新发展理念从发展主体、发展重点、发展原则等方面创新了发展实践模式。由于新发展理念具有较高的凝练性与较大的阐释空间,恰好可以作为构建中国现代性话语的突破口。换言之,新发展理念的提出预示着中国现代性话语的当代出场。During the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the new development concept put forward at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC highlighted again in the report of the Nineteenth Congress of the CPC,and it is the latest theoretical achievement and new promotion of the Sinicized Marxist development concept.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects:dialectical connection has constituted an indivisible whole,expands the development thinking;The comprehensive upgrading of theory(philosophy,political economy and scientific socialism)has widened the development horizon,and innovated the development practice mode in terms of the development subject,the focus and the principle.At the same time,it also shows the contemporary appearance of the concept of Chinese modernity full of Oriental characteristics.
