摘 要:为探索挤压投影面积对耳片结构失效强度的影响,以某型飞机耳片为研究对象,采用数值模拟与试验的方法,针对不同挤压投影面积情况下耳片的破坏形式、承载能力、孔边应力进行了研究。结果表明,有限元计算值与试验数据吻合良好;破坏载荷误差在5%以内。根据试验和数值分析结果得出,随着比值的增大,耳片结构的承载能力线性减小;破坏形式逐渐由拉伸破坏转变为剪切-挤压破坏。材料弹性阶段后,对耳片破坏形式及承载能力起主导作用是挤压应力;而挤压投影面积增加,使得孔边各应力对载荷变化的敏感度降低。In order to explore the influence of the extruded projection area on the failure strength of the lug structure, a certain type of aircraft lug is taken as the research object. And the broken mode, carrying capacity and hole-edge stress of the lug under different extrusion projection areas are studied by numerical simulation and experimental methods. The results show that the calculated values of the finite element agree well with the experimental data, and the damage load error is within 5%. According to the experimental and numerical analysis results, as the ratio increases, the carrying capacity of the lug structure decreases linearly, and the broken mode gradually changes from tensile damage to shear-extrusion damage. After the elastic phase of the material, the dominant effect on the broken mode and carrying capacity of the lug is the extrusion stress. And as the extruded projection area increases,the sensitivity of the hole-edge stress is reduced.
