摘 要:依托蒙华重载铁路风积沙路基工程实例,通过现场压实试验,分析了干压法、水坠法、湿压法的压实效果,研究了湿压法的碾压机械、含水率、虚铺厚度、碾压遍数、检测时间等工艺参数,总结了其施工工艺流程.结果表明:该标段所用风积沙填料最佳含水率为14. 65%;路基填筑施工采用湿压法,压实效果最佳;风积沙最佳虚铺厚度为40~50 cm,采用满载胶轮装载机碾压6遍+压路机静压2遍收面的压实机械组合;压实度检测宜在碾压完成后2~3h内进行.研究成果可为该工程及类似工程的风积沙路基施工提供参考.Based on the field compaction test for aeolian sand subgrade in MengHua heavy-load railway,the compaction effect of dry compaction method,sluicing method and wet compaction method is analyzed.Construction parameters such as compaction machinery,moisture content,thickness of uncompacted layer,compaction times,detection time for wet compaction are studied,and the construction process has also been summarized.The results show that the optimum moisture content of the aeolian sand filler is 14.65%.The wet compaction method is applied to the construction of roadbed,and the compaction effect is best.The optimal thickness of uncompacted layer of the aeolian sand is 40 centimeters to 50 centimeters,and the compaction machinery combination is 6 times static pressure of the roller with full loading plus 2 times static pressure of the roller.Compactness detection should be carried out within two to three hours after compacting.The results of this study can provide references for the construction of the aeolian sand subgrade and the similar projects.
