摘 要:以玉米秸秆皮为原料,以异氰酸酯(PMDI)改性脲醛树脂胶作为胶黏剂来压制符合地板基材标准的玉米秸秆皮板,并与其他强化复合地板的基材进行了对比研究。通过前期试验得出的最佳工艺条件为:热压时间4~5min,板密度0. 9~1. 0g/cm^3,施胶量12%,胶量比(UF/PMDI) 7:3。在此热压工艺条件下压制出的玉米秸秆皮板与市售上五大品牌的地板基材的各项物理力学性能进行比较与分析研究;通过智能电声测试仪对各种地板基材的吸声性能进行比较与分析研究;通过动态机械热分析DMA分析各种地板基材的动态热力学性能。研究结果表明:玉米秸秆复合皮板在力学性能、吸声性能及动态热力学性能上均优于市售上的地板基材,基本符合强化复合地板基材的要求,可以用于复合地板基材。Corn straw skin was used as raw material,urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive modified by isocyanate( PMDI) was used as adhesive to press corn straw skin board which meets the floor material standard. A comparative study was carried out with other reinforced composite flooring materials. The optimum technological conditions obtained from previous experiments are: hot pressing time 4-5 min,plate density 0. 9-1. 0 g/cm^3,sizing amount12%,rubber ratio( UF/PMDI) 7: 3. The physical and mechanical properties of corn straw leather sheet pressed under this hot-pressing process were compared and analyzed with those of five brands of floor substrates on sale;the sound absorption properties of various floor substrates were compared and analyzed by intelligent electroacoustic tester; and the floor substrates were analyzed by dynamic mechanical thermal analysis DMA. The results show that the mechanical properties,sound absorption properties and dynamic thermodynamic properties of corn straw composite leather sheet are better than those of the flooring base material on the market,which basically meets the requirements of the reinforced composite flooring base material and can be used as the composite flooring base material.
