摘　　要：目的探讨家庭自助式心脏康复训练在慢性稳定性左心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法门诊入选90例慢性稳定性左心力衰竭患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,家庭自助康复组则给予常规治疗联合家庭自助式心脏康复训练,随访8周后比较两组患者心肺运动试验、超声心动图检查、生活质量。结果 8周后,家庭自助康复组心肺运动试验、超声心动图指标、6 min步行试验及生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭自助式心脏康复训练在慢性稳定性左心力衰竭中的应用能改善患者心脏功能,提高运动耐量和生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of family self-help cardiac rehabilitation training in patients with chronic stable left heart failure. Methods 90 patients with chronic stable left heart failure in the outpatient department were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was received routine treatment, and the family self-help cardiac rehabilitation group was received routine treatment combined with family self-service cardiac rehabilitation training. After 8 weeks of follow-up, the cardiopulmonary exercise test, echocardiography, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks, the cardiopulmonary exercise test and echocardiographic index and the 6-minute walk test in the self-help cardiac rehabilitation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Family self-help cardiac rehabilitation training in chronic stable left heart failure, improve patients' cardiac function, improve exercise tolerance and quality of life, which is worthy of popularization and application.
