摘　　要：研究如何从图书馆海量资源中挖掘重要信息用于提升读者服务对图书馆意义深远。文章提出基于读者画像和资源画像构建图书馆大数据分析平台,目的是用于图书馆业务分析和精细化读者服务。通过分析核心业务系统的"读者"和"资源"相关的数据,提取重要数据项构建读者画像模型与资源画像模型的标签体系,并提出基于大数据平台的迭代分析方法。国家图书馆大数据项目的顺利实施验证了该方法对图书馆大数据平台构建和精细化读者服务有一定指导意义。It is of significant importance to study how to mine valuable information from massive library data to improve operations and service quality for users.Therefore,a method based on library user profile and resource profile to build a library big data platform is proposed in this paper.Relevant data of library users and library resources is studied so that important information can be extracted to build up the user persona and resources tag system.An iterative analysis method is also put forward.The successful implementation of the National Library of China Big Data Project confirms that the method proposed by this paper will have significant contributions to build up a big data analysis platform for improving library user services.
