云南粳稻品种(系)对稻瘟病的抗性鉴定与评价

摘　　要：【目的】对云南20世纪60年代到2013年以来引进或育成的188个粳稻品种(系)开展稻瘟病抗性测定分析。【方法】采用田间自然发病鉴定,结合室内稻瘟病菌单孢菌株接种的方法进行抗性评价分析。【结果】田间自然病圃鉴定表明,其中146个品种(系)感或高感穗瘟,占鉴定品种(系)的77. 66%;利用9个稻瘟病菌单孢菌株在室内进一步接种在田间叶瘟和穗瘟均表现抗病的32个材料,发现楚粳13号、凤稻16号、岫03-8和合系20号等13个品种表现良好的抗性。楚粳23号、楚粳25号和凤稻21号等12个品种表现出抗叶瘟但感染穗瘟;而昌粳8号、昌粳9号、昌粳11号和丽粳4号等4个品种则感叶瘟但抗穗瘟。【结论】田间表现抗病且室内接种表现良好抗性的品种,可用作开展抗病育种的抗源材料;叶瘟表现感病,但穗瘟表现抗病的4个品种是否持有抗穗瘟的基因尚有待于进一步的分析。【Objective】Identification and evaluation of 188 improved japonica rice cultivars(lines)got from 1960’s to 2013 for resistance to rice blast had been conducted in Yunnan province.【Method】Rice cultivars(lines)were indentified in natural blast nursery,and further inoculated with blast strains in seedling stage in greenhouse.【Result】The result showed that 146 cultivars(lines)were susceptible or high susceptible to leaf blast and panicle blast,which account for 77.66%for total tested cultivars(lines)in present study.The 32 cultivars(lines)showing resistant to both leaf blast and panicle blast were further inoculated with 9 strains of Magnaporthe oryzae collected from different rice-growing area in Yunnan province.We found that 13 cultivars including Chujing 13,Fengdao 16 and Xiu 03-8 etc.were resistant to all 9 tested strains,indicating that these cultivars could be promising donors for disease-resistant breeding.Twelve cultivars(lines)showed resistant to leaf blast but susceptible to panicle blast.On the contrary,four cultivars(lines),i.e.,Changjing 8,Changjing 9,Changjing 11 and Lijing 4 were susceptible to leaf blast but resistant to panicle blast.【Conclusion】Rice cultivars with high resistance to leaf and panicle blast in blast nursery and to leaf blast tested in greenhouse could be used as the resources for disease-resistant rice breeding;And whether the four cultivars susceptible to leaf blast but resistant to panicle blast possessing resistant gene(s)to panicle blast still need to be clarified.
