摘  要:基于开关电容的三角波发生器无需运放、反馈电路、结构简单、输出功率大而且三角波的各个参数可调.根据所提出开关电容三角波发生器的拓扑结构,对其工作原理进行了理论分析,得到了三角波发生器输出电压表达式;讨论了三角波的峰-峰值、峰值、谷值、线性度和对称性与电路参数之间的关系;利用仿真验证了理论分析正确性.同时,提出了这种开关电容三角波发生器的电路参数设计方法,并进行了仿真和实验验证.结果表明这种电路参数设计方案可行.A novel adjustable triangular wave generator based on switched capacitors has an high-powered output,is simple-structured and needs no operational amplifier as well as no feedback circuits.The output voltage expression was generated with an analysis of the topological structure and the operational principle of this triangular wave generator.Technically,the relationships of the triangular wave generator parameters among peak-to-peak values,peaks,valleys,and the linearity and symmetry of triangular waves were discussed.The theoretical analysis correction was verified by simulation.Finally,a circuit parameter design method of a triangular wave generator was presented,simulated and experimentally verified.
