摘　　要：目的探讨碘克沙醇注射液在心血管系统CT注射造影中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取2017年1月～2018年3月武汉市第六医院收治的心血管系统病变患者385例,按入院顺序进行编号,并采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=192)与研究组(n=193)。两组均接受CT注射造影,对照组采用碘海醇注射液作CT造影剂,研究组采用碘克沙醇注射液作CT造影剂。比较两组造影效果、造影前及造影后肾功能指标,包括血肌酐(Scr)、尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平、不良反应发生率,不良反应包括低血压、休克、呕吐、恶心、面部水肿。结果两组造影优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);造影前两组血清Scr、UAER、BUN水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),造影后两组血清Scr、UAER、BUN水平较造影前增高,且研究组低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论心血管系统病变患者CT注射造影中采用碘克沙醇注射液作造影剂,可取得良好造影效果,且利于减轻对肾脏造成的损伤,其不良反应发生率较低,具有较高安全性。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Iodixanol Injection in CT injection of cardiovascular system.Methods A total of 385 patients with cardiovascular system disease from January 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in Wuhan NO.6 Hospital.The patients were numbered according to the order of admission and were randomly divided into the control group(n=192)and the study group(n=193)by random number table method.CT angiography was performed in both groups,and Iohexol Injection was used as CT contrast agent in the control group.Iodoxacin Injection was used as CT contrast agent in the study group.The angiographic effects,pre-and post-contrast renal function indicators,including serum creatinine(Scr),urinary protein excretion rate(UAER),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and adverse reactions,adverse reactions including hypotension,shock,vomiting,nausea and facial edema were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of angiography in the study group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum Scr,UAER and BUN levels between the two groups before angiography(P>0.05).The levels of serum Scr,UAER and BUN in the two groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Ioxanol Injection as contrast agent in CT injection angiography of patients with cardiovascular diseases can achieve good contrast effect,and is conducive to alleviating kidney injury.The incidence of adverse reactions is low and has high safety.
