摘　　要：目的:通过对一次性无菌干手纸与一次性消毒干手纸干手后的外科手消毒效果检测,了解2种干手纸对外科手消毒效果的影响,为选择符合外科手消毒规范要求的干手方式提供参考数据。方法:2016年3月至2017年10月,对医务人员术前外科洗手分2组各使用不同干手纸干手再进行外科手消毒后对双手进行采样,共采集159份样本。所有样本按规范要求接种于营养琼脂平皿,经37℃温箱培养48小时,计数菌落数。结果:一次性无菌干手纸与一次性消毒干手纸在医务人员外科洗手的干手环节使用,外科手消毒合格率均为100.00%,P>0.05。结论:一次性无菌干手纸与一次性消毒干手纸对外科手消毒效果的影响没有差别。Objective:Through the one-time sterile paper towels and disposable paper towels after the hand disinfection test to valuate the efficiency of two kinds of paper towels on the hand disinfection effect,in order to choose the hand dry sterilization method in line with the requirements of the hand provide reference data.Methods:From March 2016 to October 2017,medical staff required to perform preoperative surgical hand washing was divided into 2 groups.Each group dried their hands with the designed paper towel and hand sanitizing.A total of 159 specimens were collected.All specimens were inoculated on nutrient agar plates as required by the specifications and incubated for 48 hours in a 37°C incubator to count the number of colonies.Results:One-time sterile paper towels and disposable paper towels in the surgical staff hand-washing hand hygiene,surgical disinfection pass rate was 100.00%,P>0.05.Conclusions:One-time sterile paper towels and disposable paper towels make no difference in the effectiveness of surgical hand disinfection.
