摘  要:目的:分析住院死亡病例构成特点,为有关部门制定卫生保健措施和合理配置医疗资源提供科学依据。方法:疾病分类以ICD-10为标准,应用excel,SPSS20.0软件对2006—2015年某院住院死亡病例进行回顾性分析。结果:总病死率为0.98%,男性明显高于女性,集中于60岁以上年龄组,70岁以上年龄组死亡人数最多,占死亡总数的72.80%。前五位死因为肿瘤(34.86%),循环系统疾病(28.07%),呼吸系统疾病(19.97%),消化系统疾病(5.59%),损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果(3.86%)。结论:提高男性公民健康水平,有效防治老年疾病,加强死因顺位前5位疾病的预防控制力度,以降低病死率。Objective:To analyze the composing characteristics of death cases for helping the relevant departments to make the health care measures and allocate reasonably the medical resources.Method:A retrospectively analyze was carried out based on the state of deaths of hospitalized patients in a hospital from 2006 to 2015.The disease classification was in view of ICD-10 standard using the software of Excel and SPSS20.0.Result:The total fatality rate was 0.98%.The mortality rate of males was significantly higher than females.The high death rate was centered on the age group above 60 years old.The most death cases were in the age group above 70 years old which accounted for72.80%.The top five causes of death were tumors(34.86%),circulatory diseases(28.07%),respiratory diseases(19.97%),digestive diseases(5.59%),injuries,poisoning and some other consequences of external causes successively(3.86%).Conclusion:These findings suggest that improving the health of male citizens,preventing and curing senile diseases effectively,and strengthening the prevention and control of the top 5 diseases of death causes can help to reduce the mortality rate.
