也论温病热入营血反不渴

摘　　要：温病因邪热伤阴,津液不足,欲饮水自救,故烦渴欲饮。但温病热入营血之时,反不感觉口渴,吴鞠通将其解释为"邪热入营蒸腾,营气上升""上潮于口"。吴鞠通一说多为后世医家所接受,但细思其由确有穿凿附会之处。通过分析叶天士医案,结合经典理论,提出"热入营血反不渴"的实质或为热入心营,影响心主神明功能,心神不使,对津液损伤难以及时判明,导致对外邪的判断出现问题。Warm disease can make patients thirsty,because of yin injured by pathogenic heat.However,sometimes patients appear hydroadipsia,when the disease is in the stage of yingfen and xuefen.WU Jutong,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor,living in Qing Dynasty,explains that the pathogenic heat in yingfen can steam and rise the body fluid to the mouth.This explaination is accepted by most specialists,but WU Jutong maybe give strained interpretations and draw farfetched analogies after a long-term deliberation.In this paper,we will illustrate that the reason of hydroadipsia during the stage of yingfen and xuefen in warm disease,by analyzing the YE Tianshi’s medical cases and classics.The essence is perhaps the dysfunction of heart controlling mental activities,and then human body cannot recognition the deficiency of body fluid.
