摘　　要：房性早搏是临床中常见的心律失常之一,严重者可诱发房颤及缺血性脑卒中,远期可显著增加患者病死率。中医药对房性早搏的研究和治疗有一定的历史和经验,且近年来对房性早搏的治疗有了长足的发展。本文对中医药治疗房性早搏的进展做一综述,以期为临床房性早搏的诊断与治疗拓展思路。Atrial premature beat is one of the common arrhythmias in clinical practice.Severe cases can induce atrial fibrillation and ischemic stroke,and can significantly increase mortality in long-term.It has certain history and experience about research and treatment of atrial premature by traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment of atrial premature has made considerable development in recent years.This paper makes a review on the progress in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of atrial premature to extended thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment of atrial premature.
